Job summary

Momentum Health Corporation in Calgary, AB is seeking a Full-Time Coverage Office Administrator to support patient intake, scheduling and billing across our multidisciplinary clinics. The role offers variable shifts from 7 AM to 8 PM, a pay range of $17 to $19 per hour, and medical benefits after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with patients and staff.

• Ability to stay calm with changing priorities and last-minute issues.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, staff and visitors professionally and courteously.
• Assist scheduling and payments at the front desk.
• Coordinate patient flow through the clinic and intake for new patients.
• Scan, fax and upload documents to EMR system.
• Handle medical and third-party billing accurately while maintaining privacy.
• Adhere to Momentum Health policies and procedures.
