Momentum Health Creekside is hiring for a Full-Time Medical Office Administrator job in Calgary, AB, and we’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys taking care of people from the moment they walk through the door. Our clinic brings physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage therapy and kinesiology together under one roof, with dedicated exam rooms and a full gym and rehab area. As the person at the front desk, you’ll be the thread that connects patients to the right provider, the right paperwork, and the right next appointment.
Momentum Health runs on five core values: simplicity, independence, compassion, communication, and fun. In practice, that means streamlined intake processes so the clinical team can stay focused on patient care, an open-door culture where ideas for improvement are genuinely welcomed, and a team that shows up for each other with staff events and community volunteering alongside the clinical work. As part of a large, multidisciplinary clinic with a strong referral base across the Calgary area, you’ll see firsthand how physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage therapy, kinesiology, athletic therapy, physiatry, and sport medicine work together toward the same patient outcomes.
This is also a clinic that invests in people who want to grow. Staff regularly job-shadow across disciplines to learn how the different roles connect, and administrative staff have access to tuition reimbursement for courses and personal development, so the role can be a genuine stepping stone rather than just a job. It’s also a clinic with a track record of promoting from within, so the connections you build here can shape where your career goes next.
Momentum Health was built around collaborative, multidisciplinary care, and that shows up in how the clinics run day to day. Programs like GLA:D Back and GLA:D Hip & Knee bring physiotherapists, chiropractors, and massage therapists into the same treatment plan for a patient, which means your role in coordinating client flow and patient information isn’t just administrative upkeep, it’s part of how care gets delivered. You’ll work alongside a team that values simplicity in its processes so clinicians can focus on patients, open communication when something needs improving, and independence to do your job well without someone looking over your shoulder.
Compassion shows up beyond the clinic walls too! Momentum Health teams volunteer at community events, and there’s a genuine effort to keep the workplace enjoyable, from social gatherings to seasonal decorating contests. It’s a place where the people at the front desk are treated as part of the clinical team’s success, and where you’re encouraged to speak up if you see a way to make things run better.
Schedule:Monday through Thursday 12-8pm; Friday 10am-6pm
Start Date:October 6, 2026
Momentum Health is dedicated to helping Albertans move better, feel better, and live better through collaborative healthcare. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive environment that values teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
