Job summary

Value Buds is hiring an Interim Multi-Unit Store Manager to lead daily operations, build a high-performing team, and drive sales in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment.

You will own store results while delivering an exceptional customer experience, with governance over compliance and inventory. Cannabis certification and leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail or customer service experience with leadership responsibility.
• Strong sales, people leadership, and operational skills.
• Cannabis selling certification (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, or CanSell).
• Minimum age requirement based on province (18/19+).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check.
