Job summary

Ian Williams Ltd is seeking a skilled Multi Trade Operative to join our reactive repair team covering the Peterborough area. You will perform a range of trades within occupied properties, from joinery to plumbing and tiling, delivering safe, quality repairs with strong customer service.

You should hold NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a relevant trade, ideally with housing experience; a full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• You will be NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a relevant trade; housing experience is desirable but not essential.
• Strong customer service skills and a safety-first mindset.
• A full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Multi trade work within occupied properties, including joinery, plumbing, tiling and more.

The Multi Trade Operative role:

What you will bring as a Multi Trade Operative:

You will be qualified to NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a relevant trade, ideally with experience in domestic or social housing environments, desirable, but not essential.
