Job summary

East West Urban Management is seeking a flexible Resident Services Coordinator – Floater to support multiple luxury residential communities throughout the Denver metro area. You will provide coverage when onsite team members are unavailable, ensuring consistent service and hospitality across properties.

Responsibilities include greeting residents and guests, managing access and security, coordinating requests, and maintaining daily reports.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in hospitality, hotels, customer service, concierge, reception, admin support, or property management preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Provide front desk and resident services coverage at multiple communities.
Greet residents, guests, vendors, and visitors and create positive first impressions.
Learn each property's procedures, expectations, and access systems.
Monitor visitor access, key control, packages, and vendor check-ins.
Coordinate resident requests, maintenance work orders, packages, moves, and communications.
Maintain logs, shift reports, and build strong relationships with onsite teams.
