• Provide clients with accurate and timely product specifications.
• Act as a go-to for all accounts and build relationships through exceptional service.
• Organize time logically to maximize productivity and daily sales output.

As a Multifamily Key Account Manager, you will build and grow strategic relationships with residential developers, general contractors (GCs), and multifamily builders to secure appliance business across new construction projects, including condominiums, townhomes, and purpose-built rental developments.

This is a proactive, relationship-driven B2B sales role that requires a strong understanding of the construction and development lifecycle. You will engage key decision-makers early in the process, identify upcoming project opportunities, influence product specifications and purchasing decisions, and position Trail Appliances as the preferred appliance partner from project planning through completion.

Success in this role comes from developing a strong pipeline of future projects, building trusted relationships with industry stakeholders, negotiating and securing business, and working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle. You will balance new business development with growing existing accounts, with a focus on long‑term partnerships, revenue growth, and market share.

What You Will Be Doing

• Prospect and develop new accounts while maintaining sales within existing accounts, in order to achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
• Manage full cycle customer relationships, including prospecting, contracting, payment, delivery, and post-delivery follow up, generating residual, repeat, and referral business
• Facilitate solutions to customer inquiries and issues in a prompt and professional manner
• Provide clients with accurate and timely product specifications
• Act as a “go to” for all accounts. Build relationships by providing exceptional service
• Organize time logically and efficiently so as to maximize productivity and daily sales output
