Burnaby , British Columbia, Canada (Temporary Remote – Onsite travel required up to 5–10% per month)

The candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, configuring, and improving Dynamics 365 CRM solutions that align with business needs, ensuring continuous improvement and optimal use of the platform.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Design & Configuration

• Design and configure Dynamics 365 CRM to meet client-specific requirements.
• Customize workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise applications.
• Develop user stories and test cases to validate requirements.

Requirements Gathering & Analysis

• Work directly with stakeholders to understand business goals and pain points.
• Conduct workshops and interviews to capture functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical documentation.
• Attend client meetings to understand processes and present Dynamics 365 capabilities.
• Assist in proposal development and effort estimation.
• Stay updated on the latest features and enhancements in Dynamics 365.
• Recommend improvements and identify process optimization opportunities.
• Ensure continued alignment of CRM with evolving business needs.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in a consulting or Business Analyst role.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Finance, Supply Chain).
• Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and configuration.
• Familiarity with data modeling, reporting, and analytics.
• Relevant Microsoft Certifications are a strong plus.
