Job summary

General Dynamics Mission Systems–Canada is seeking a MRB Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team in Ottawa. You will coordinate materials through the MRB process, interfacing with Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering and Manufacturing to ensure proper control, approvals and dispositions.

You will maintain MRB inventory, track aging and cycle times, and escalate delays that could impact schedules or on-time delivery. A strong focus on accuracy and cross-functional communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating MRB activities and material dispositions.
• Understanding of manufacturing, supply chain and quality processes.
• Experience with inventory records and material transactions.
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate materials through the MRB process with proper approvals and dispositions.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality and Manufacturing to resolve material issues.
• Follow up on actions and elevate delays affecting manufacturing or delivery.
• Maintain MRB inventory and support efforts to reduce cycle times.
