Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10+ years in supply chain/program management.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation for strategic decisions.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as embedded Supply Chain strategic partner to align strategies with business objectives.
• Manage and optimize Quality, Cost, and Schedule throughout the program lifecycle.
• Develop end-to-end sourcing strategies to improve competitiveness and total cost of ownership.
• Lead cross-functional planning across Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Finance and Quality.
• Communicate requirements, forecasts, and risk mitigation to key stakeholders.
• Develop cost estimates, set budgets, monitor forecasts, and identify risks.
