Furniture Bank in Toronto is seeking a full-time Furniture Mover to assist families transitioning into new homes. You will complete multiple stops daily, performing heavy lifting and ensuring professional client care. This is a physically demanding role that requires punctuality, reliability, and the ability to handle emotionally charged situations with care.
Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather and lift up to 75 lbs. The position offers a starting rate of $25 per hour and full extended health benefits after three months.
Furniture Bank is a registered charity and social enterprise based in Etobicoke. We redistribute gently-used furniture and housewares from donors in the community to families and individuals experiencing furniture poverty or displacement. Our mission is simple: change lives by giving people the stability and dignity of a furnished home. We’ve been doing this since 1998, and we’re scaling.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM start. Saturday overtime available.
