Motion is seeking a Warehouse Associate (Equipment Processing & Inventory Control) in Kitchener, Ontario. This full-time, day-shift role focuses on keeping equipment clean, safe, and properly stored to ensure smooth client service and warehouse operations.

You will handle cleaning, processing, inventory restocking, and collaborate with technicians, sales, and admin to maintain accurate records using Navision. 40 hours/week, benefits apply.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a warehouse, inventory, or physically active role.
• Physical capability: able to lift, move and handle equipment throughout the day.
• Attention to detail: pride in cleanliness, organization, and accuracy.

• Technical comfort: learn inventory systems and basic computer tools.

Responsibilities

• Equipment Cleaning & Processing: clean, sanitize, inspect incoming/outgoing mobility equipment and ensure quality before restocking or dispatch.
• Inventory Organization & Restocking: return items to designated locations and keep the warehouse clean and navigable.
• Physical Handling & Warehouse Flow: move, lift, and transport equipment and load/unload shipments.
• Inventory Control & Accuracy: support cycle counts and use Navision to maintain records.
• Team Support: collaborate with service technicians, sales, and admin; assist where needed.

The role

We are hiring a Warehouse Associate (Equipment Processing & Inventory Control) to join our Ontario team. This is a hands‑on, physically active role focused on ensuring all equipment entering and leaving the warehouse is clean, safe, properly stored, and ready for use. You will play a critical role in maintaining the flow of equipment and supporting both our clients and internal teams.

Schedule & Hours:

• Full‑time, Monday to Friday
• Day shift (typically 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
• 40 hours per week

How you will spend your days:

• Equipment Cleaning & Processing (Core Focus)
  • Clean, sanitize, and inspect all incoming and outgoing mobility equipment
  • Ensure equipment meets quality and safety standards before being restocked or dispatched
  • Identify and flag any damage or maintenance needs

Inventory Organization & Restocking

• Accurately return equipment and parts to their designated locations
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and easy‑to‑navigate warehouse
• Ensure high‑demand items are consistently stocked and accessible

Physical Handling & Warehouse Flow

• Move, lift, and transport equipment (up to 50 lbs or more with assistance as needed)
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments

Inventory Control & Accuracy

• Support cycle counts and inventory tracking
• Use internal systems (e.g., Navision) to maintain accurate inventory records
• Assist in minimizing loss, damage, or misplaced items

Team Support

• Collaborate with Service Technicians, Sales, and Admin teams
• Step in to support wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly

What you bring to the role:
