Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Driver Mover in Oakville to transport clients' belongings safely and efficiently. You will drive moving trucks, assist with loading and unloading, and provide excellent customer service as part of a team to meet schedule goals.

This permanent, full-time role offers a guaranteed 40 hours per week with Thursday to Monday schedules starting at 7 am. Compensation includes hourly pay, health and retirement benefits, vacation, sick pay, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old with a good driving record.
• At least one year of route transportation experience preferred.
• Must pass a BG check.
• Demonstrate safe, efficient driving skills and maintain security procedures.
• Exhibit strong customer service and verbal communication.
• Grip, lift, and carry consumer storage over, up, and down inclines, stairs, and ladders.
• Walk, stand, and sit for extended periods.

The role is a permanent, full-time position, with a guarantee of at least 40 hours per week.

Thursday to Monday Schedule only starting 7 am ( minimum 9 to 10 hrs per day)

As a Driver Mover, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of our clients' belongings. This involves driving moving trucks, assisting with loading and unloading items, and providing excellent customer service. You will work as part of a team to ensure that all moves are completed smoothly and according to schedule.

Reasonably expected salary range: $50,800.00 - $63,500.00

Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. Where State, Municipal, Provincial, Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.
