Whistler Blackcomb in Whistler, BC, Canada is seeking a Ski & Ride School Assistant Manager for the Winter Seasonal 2026/2027. You will supervise daily ski and ride instruction programs, manage curriculum, and support instructors while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Starting wage 52,979 CAD to 73,075 CAD per year, full-time seasonal, housing availability, flexible schedule; benefits include ski passes, employee discounts, health/dental/vision after 500 hours, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Requires 1–3 years ski/snowboard instruction experience.
• Requires 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily instruction at Ski and Ride School including curriculum development, scheduling, and class assignments.
• Assist with administrative duties: hiring, scheduling, training, payroll, inventory and guest feedback reporting.
• Monitor instructor performance and provide feedback or escalation as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of and adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Adhere to all safety programs including policy training and incident reporting.
• Coordinate with other management, departments, and third-party organizations as needed.
• Participate in leadership forums providing feedback and input on school operations and training opportunities.
• Other duties as assigned.
