• Close mortgages anywhere in Canada; licensed in ON, BC, AB, SASK, NB, and NS.
• Utilize Breezeful's cutting-edge, seamless mortgage platform to start, manage, and grow your business online.
• Receive personalized mentorship and support from a deal team assisting with underwriting, compliance, and due diligence.
• Participate in ongoing structured, step-by-step training programs.
• Opportunities for career growth within the company, including team lead roles and expansion into other provinces where Breezeful is licensed.

Who are we looking for?

We seek mortgage agents / brokers / associates eager to modernize the mortgage industry.

You are :

• Highly motivated and a self-starter
• Driven with a strong desire to learn, supported by our structured training programs
• Skilled in interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills

You'll be working on :

• Developing a loyal client base through exceptional mortgage advice
• Managing your leads diligently
• Providing top-tier internal and external customer service

Preferred but can be developed :

• Bilingual / multilingual abilities are a plus
• Experience with Filogix
• Retail banking experience as a mortgage specialist

Compensation

• 100% commission-based role. Must be comfortable with commission earnings.
