We are seeking Mortgage Brokers and Agents to join our growing team in Ontario and Alberta.

Key Responsibilities :

• Consult with clients to understand their mortgage needs and financial goals
• Identify appropriate mortgage products and solutions based on client requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with various lenders and financial institutions
• Negotiate mortgage terms and conditions on behalf of clients
• Prepare and submit mortgage applications, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, mortgage products, and lending regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire mortgage process
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and client satisfaction
• Participate in networking events and actively seek new business opportunities

Requirements :

• 1 to 2 years of experience in the mortgage industry, preferably as a mortgage broker or agent
• Active mortgage broker / agent license in the applicable jurisdiction
• Must have an entrepreneurial mindset; this is not a 9-5 job.
• Flexible work schedule and 100% remote work
• Results-driven and believing that actions x efforts will lead to results
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
