RBC in Gatineau, QC is seeking a Mortgage Advisor to provide customized mortgage solutions and build trusted client relationships within the community and with realtors’ offices. You will drive personal sales while collaborating with RBC partners to anchor external business.

Success depends on a strong local network, exceptional service, and the ability to serve clients in English and French. This full-time role offers a flexible schedule aligned to client needs and significant earning potential

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven sales success, ideally in financial services or real estate.
• A solid network in your community, resulting in referrals, new clients and increased business.
• Proven ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Ability to cultivate strong relationships with internal partners.
• Self-starter who works independently and seeks out answers.
• Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly serve our clients with English and French-speaking needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop a loyal client base by providing exceptional mortgage advice and financial solutions
