Responsibilities

• Assemble products at designated workstations using hand tools and established instructions.
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow production schedules and specifications to meet daily targets.
• Inspect finished products for quality and report defects.
• Count, sort, and package finished goods according to job specs.
• Prepare orders and build pallet quantities for shipping.
• Move and organize materials within the production area.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation and ensure readiness for the next shift.
• Collaborate with team members and support other stations as needed.
• Follow health and safety policies and contribute to continuous improvement.

What you will be doing:

• Assemble products at designated workstations using hand tools, mechanical fasteners, adhesives, and established work instructions.
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Follow production schedules, work instructions, and product specifications to meet daily production targets.
• Inspect assembled products and components for quality, accuracy, and consistency, identifying and reporting any defects or concerns.
• Count, sort, package, box, and label finished products according to job specifications and customer requirements.
• Prepare completed orders and build pallet quantities according to production and shipping requirements.
• Handle, move, and organize materials, components, and finished products within the production area.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation, ensuring equipment and materials are ready for the next shift.
• Work collaboratively with team members, providing support at other assembly workstations or production areas as needed.
• Follow all workplace health and safety policies, procedures, and safe work practices.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and workflow.
• Perform other related production duties as assigned.
