Responsibilities

• Assemble complex mechanical sub-assemblies and final units using precision air tools and torque wrenches.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring/schematics, and SOPs to meet specs.
• Conduct dimensional inspections and identify non-conformances; troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain a safe, organized workstation following OHSA regulations and 5S principles.

Responsibilities

• Precision Mechanical Assembly: Assemble complex mechanical sub-assemblies and final units using precision air tools, torque wrenches, and power equipment.
• Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring/mechanical schematics, and SOPs to meet exact product specifications.
• Quality Verification & Troubleshooting: Conduct thorough dimensional inspections against tight tolerances, identify non-conformances, and resolve minor assembly issues.
• Safety & Standards Compliance: Maintain an organized, hazard-free workstation while adhering strictly to OHSA regulations, facility PPE requirements, and 5S principles.

Qualifications

• Relevant Experience: You bring at least one year of assembly or production floor experience, or a strong mechanical background where you worked with your hands.
