Job summary

VF Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the morning shift at the distribution center in Canada. The role involves maintaining automated sorting equipment, conveyors, and building MEP systems, while reading blueprints and performing installation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years of related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent with electrical/electronic control training, and the ability to work at heights up to 70

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related professional experience in maintenance or electrical work.
• High school diploma or equivalent with electrical/electronic control training.
• Ability to climb and work at heights; lift up to 50 lbs; overtime/weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance and building service needs for the Distribution facility.
• Support preventive maintenance and repairs on automated sorting equipment, conveyors, and building MEP systems.
• Read blueprints, install and align machinery, troubleshoot pneumatic systems, and replace defective parts.
• Follow safety protocols per company and Canadian Electric Code (CEC).
