Job summary

We are seeking a Physiotherapy Assistant to join our clinic team in a full-time morning role. This dual-role position supports both patient care and administrative duties to keep the clinic efficient while delivering top-quality care.

Responsibilities include assisting therapists, preparing patients, maintaining clean treatment areas, managing supplies, and communicating clearly with staff and patients. On-site parking and health benefits apply; growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in JaneApp (preferred) and MS Office is an asset.
• Previous healthcare, physiotherapy, or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist physiotherapists with patient treatments and exercises.
• Operate modalities to aid in patient care.
• Prepare patients for therapy sessions and provide clear instructions for exercises.
• Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and proper sanitation of treatment rooms and equipment.
• Manage supplies and promptly report any inventory shortages.
• Communicate effectively with therapists and patients to ensure smooth patient care.
• Maintain a positive and welcoming clinic environment.
• Assist with any other tasks that support the daily operation of the clinic.
