Job summary

Conexus Credit Union in Moosomin, SK, is seeking a temporary part-time Financial Service Representative to be the first point of contact for members, delivering everyday banking services and helping meet immediate needs.

You will work 30-35 hours per week, with a contract ending March 2027, in a role that blends service with opportunities to refer clients to Financial Advisors and learn additional branch tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Experience in providing customer service.
• Experience in cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Assisting members with day-to-day banking services such as bill payments, deposits, withdrawals and much more
• Proactively identifying and responding to members’ needs to empower members to achieve what matters to them
• Learning additional aspects of branch actions from opening accounts and wire transfers, to completing simple credit card applications – to help fill in any gaps on a day to day basis
• Uncovering opportunities to refer members to Financial Advisors to further develop and strengthen relationships
• Adhering to policies and procedures to ensure compliance within the industry
