Job summary

MSP Corp is seeking a Specialist (Modern Workplace) to translate client needs into Microsoft-based technology solutions within our Professional Services practice. You will work with distributed business users and IT resources to deliver modern workplace outcomes.

You will develop SharePoint, Teams, Viva, and Microsoft 365 Copilot solutions, build low-code workflows with Copilot Studio and Power Automate, and document functional specs and user stories.

Qualifications

• Experience with Enterprise Content Management and intranets.
• Governance, roadmaps, and adoption/change management.
• Information architecture, content mapping, and requirements gathering.
• Solution design, use-case docs, wireframes, and process diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements with client stakeholders and document key use cases, processes, and goals.
• Recommend technology solutions focusing on Microsoft technologies.
• Develop modern workplace solutions on SharePoint, Teams, Viva, and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Develop low-code agents using Copilot Studio and Power Automate.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, wireframes, user stories, and diagrams.
• Develop training and adoption and change management resources to support product delivery.
• Build relationships with clients, internal resources, and third-party SMEs to optimize product delivery.
• Demonstrate proofs of technology and the art-of-the possible to showcase technologies and use cases.
• Advise solution architects, developers, quality assurance, and managers on solution requirements.
• Context switch across multiple concurrent projects, delivering on priorities and deadlines efficiently.
• Stay up to date on technology changes, Microsoft roadmap updates, and relevant technologies.

About the Role

As a Specialist (Modern Workplace), you will join the Modern Workplace team where you will be responsible for translating client needs into Microsoft-based technology solutions within our Professional Services practice. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in complex environments with distributed business users and IT resources. A background in technical business analysis or adoption and change management is preferred.

• Location: Canada
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Work Mode: Remote or Hybrid

What You Will Do

• Gather requirements with client stakeholders and document key use cases, processes, and goals
• Recommend technology solutions that solve business challenges (focusing on Microsoft technologies)
• Develop modern workplace solutions on collaboration platforms including SharePoint, Teams, Viva, Microsoft 365 Copilot
• Develop low-code agents using Copilot Studio and Power Automate
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, wireframes, user stories, and diagrams
• Develop training and adoption and change management resources to support product delivery
• Build relationships with clients, internal resources, and third-party SMEs to optimize product delivery
