Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a proactive Mobile Technician to support client locations in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan.

The role involves hands-on maintenance and repair of building systems to keep locations safe, functional and customer-ready. You will work across sites handling preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and on-demand repairs for mechanical, electrical, and general building systems, contributing to energy efficiency and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing general maintenance on facility infrastructures.
• Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review assigned work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs. Manage and track completion.
• Support energy management by taking measures to ensure that all systems are operating in the most efficient manner.
• Inspect new or existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Use communication skills to exchange straightforward information. Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
• Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
• Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.

About the Role:

CBRE is looking for a proactive and skilled Mobile Technician to support our client locations in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll be the go-to expert for keeping client locations safe, functional, and customer-ready by maintaining and repairing building systems, equipment, and facilities.

As part of CBRE’s Engineering & Technical Services team, you’ll work across multiple sites, handling preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and on-demand repairs for mechanical, electrical, and general building systems.
