Job summary

CBRE is seeking a proactive Mobile Technician to support client locations across Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. This hands-on role ensures facilities are safe, functional, and customer-ready by maintaining and repairing building systems, equipment, and facilities.

You will work across sites handling preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and on-demand repairs for mechanical, electrical, and general building systems, while representing a global leader in facilities management.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing general maintenance on facility infrastructures.
• Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review assigned work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs. Manage and track completion.
• Support energy management by taking measures to ensure that all systems are operating in the most efficient manner.
• Inspect new or existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Use communication skills to exchange straightforward information. Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co‑workers, and supervisors.
• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
• Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
• Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.

About the Role:

CBRE is looking for a proactive and skilled Mobile Technician to support our client locations in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. This is a dynamic, hands‑on role where no two days are the same. You’ll be the go‑to expert for keeping client locations safe, functional, and customer‑ready by maintaining and repairing building systems, equipment, and facilities.

As part of CBRE’s Engineering & Technical Services team, you’ll work across multiple sites, handling preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and on‑demand repairs for mechanical, electrical, and general building systems.
