Job summary

Scarlet Security & Risk Group (SSRG) is hiring a Mobile Security Supervisor (Full-Time) to support and supervise field staff, ensuring operational excellence and top-tier client service across assigned sites in the Metro Vancouver area.

You will train and coach staff, coordinate shifts, respond to alarms, liaise with clients, and maintain documentation. A BC Security Worker Licence and First Aid are required; post-secondary education is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• At least 3 years of security experience.
• A valid BC Security Worker Licence.
• Valid First Aid Certification (OFA Level 1 or equivalent).
• Class 5 Driver's Licence with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma is required; post-secondary education is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (phone, email and report-writing).
• Strong computer skills (TrackTik).
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
• Strong organizing and planning skills.
• Ability to work without close supervision.
• Good physical fitness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site activity and shift coverage; lead briefings.

Reporting Structure

• This position reports directly to the Mobile Operations Manager.
• The successful candidate will be required to regularly interact with all Security Officers and Supervisors, as well as various members of SSRG Management.
