Job summary

Sobeys is seeking a Mobile Platform Specialist / Product Owner to lead the development, optimization and operation of customer-facing mobile apps. You will collaborate with Engineering, UX/UI, Marketing, Loyalty, Analytics and Operations to translate business needs into high-quality mobile experiences across multiple banners on a shared platform.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in mobile product ownership or digital product management.
• Experience with customer-facing mobile apps and Agile development.
• Ability to translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, UX/UI, marketing and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Support product ownership across customer-facing mobile applications on a shared platform.
• Refine and prioritize the product backlog based on customer needs and platform strategy.
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specs.
• Coordinate with Engineering, QA and UX/UI through the release lifecycle.
• Monitor app performance and customer feedback to drive improvements.
