Job summary

Lifemark Health Group is seeking an Exercise Therapist to join its expanding team in the Mississauga/Halton region. The role involves traveling to various sites to deliver group exercise and falls prevention programs for seniors, focusing on mobility, strength, balance, and safety.

You will collect data, prepare progress reports, and support program development while ensuring proper infection control and equipment use. A relevant kinesiology degree and First Aid CPR AED are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology or related field required.
• First Aid (CPR & AED) Certification required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and ability to travel between sites.
• Experience with seniors and group programming is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Travel to multiple sites daily to provide coverage.
• Lead group exercise and falls prevention programs in a group setting.
• Implement exercise and education programs to improve mobility, strength, balance.
• Promote safety, infection control and independence for participants.
• Prepare progress reports and basic metrics on participants.
