Job summary

MERE HR & Business Consulting Inc. invites applications for a Territory Manager – Crane Division in Burlington, Ontario.

This field-based role focuses on growing sales in mobile crane and heavy equipment by developing relationships with customers and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions. The ideal candidate has prior mobile crane or heavy equipment sales experience, a proven track record in territory growth, and strong negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma or equivalent sales experience.
• Proven success in territory sales, business development or account management.
• Strong understanding of relationship-based and consultative selling.
• Experience with equipment quotations, pricing, trade-ins and negotiations would be an asset.
• Excellent prospecting and in-person sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales of crane and heavy equipment within the assigned territory.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and customer site visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and understand their equipment needs.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts for the territory.
• Coordinate RFQs and RFPs to address customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM and manage sales activity.
