Qualifications

• University degree with 15+ years of professional experience.
• Existing professional registration (P.Geo or P.Eng.) if applicable to mining expertise.
• Experience leading environmental support for mining projects in Ontario.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute mining sector growth strategy for Ontario.
• Lead the Ontario Environmental Services mining team (Business Centre 1609).
• Drive client outreach and coordinate proposals, backlog tracking, and surveys.
• Oversee growth in revenue and monitor progress with KPIs and reporting.
• Mentor junior and intermediate staff and support proposal responses.
