GrizzlyTrek Group Ltd. is seeking experienced Grader Operators for long-term rotational camp work in the Fort McMurray region.

Fly-in/fly-out travel from Calgary or Edmonton and camp accommodations are provided, with overtime and career development opportunities. Ideal candidates have 3+ years grader time (14M and 24H) on heavy civil projects, can hold grade and follow plans, and possess required safety tickets including CSO/BSO, CSTS-09 or OSSA Regional, First Aid, H2S Alive, and a Class 5

Qualifications

• 3+ years grader time (14M and 24H) in heavy civil earthworks, road building, construction or mining.
• Ability to hold grade and carry a crown based on grade plans.
• Experience with stripping, stacking, stockpiling, and reclamation on all ground conditions.
• Must be able to live in camp on rotation and pass screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate grader on heavy civil earthworks projects.
• Maintain grade and crown according to technical specs and plans.
• Assist with finish and trim tasks as required to meet specs.
• Work within camp rotation and health and safety guidelines.

Grader Operators - Fort McMurray Region - 14/7 or 21/7 - Fly-In Fly-Out + Camp - Up to $40/hr - Fort McMurray, AB

GrizzlyTrek Group Ltd. is seeking experienced Grader Operators for long-term, rotational camp work in the Fort McMurray region. Operators will work on heavy civil earthworks projects, with fly-in/fly-out travel from Calgary or Edmonton and camp accommodations provided. What You’ll Need

• Minimum 3 years of recent grader time (14M and 24H class) in heavy civil earthworks, road building, construction, or mining


• Ability to hold grade and carry a crown, working from technical specifications and grade plans


• Experience with stripping, stacking, stockpiling, and reclamation on all ground conditions


• Ice road construction experience


• Valid Class 5 licence


• CSA approved boots (minimum 6 inch, fully laceable)


• Current tickets: CSO, BSO, CSTS-09 or OSSA Regional; Intermediate First Aid with CPR and AED; H2S Alive; Bear Awareness (in class); Ground Disturbance


• Able to live in camp on rotation and repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs


• Successful completion of Alcohol and Drug Screening


• Successful completion of comprehensive Fitness-to-Work Assessment
