Excavator Operators - 14/7 or 21/7 - Fly-In & Fly-Out + Camp - Up to $40/hr - Fort McMurray, AB

GrizzlyTrek Group Ltd. is seeking experienced Excavator Operators for full-time, long-term rotational work in the Fort McMurray region. This role involves operating 336 and 470 class excavators on heavy civil earthworks, including lease construction, access roads, and reclamation. Ideal candidates are safety-focused, physically fit, and ready to work in a camp environment with fly-in, fly-out travel arrangements.

What You’ll Need

• Minimum 3 years recent seat time on 336 and 470 class excavators in heavy civil, road building, or mining
• Experience with stripping overburden, stacking, stockpiling, and reclamation
• Valid safety tickets: CSO, BSO, CSTS-09 or OSSA Regional, H2S Alive, Intermediate First Aid with CPR and AED, Ground Disturbance, and in-class Bear Awareness
• Valid driver’s licence and CSA approved safety boots (minimum 6 inch, fully laceable)
• Willingness to live in camp on a rotational schedule and work 12-hour day and night shifts
• Successful completion of Alcohol and Drug Screening
• Successful completion of a comprehensive Fitness-to-Work Assessment, including health history, pre-medical evaluation, musculoskeletal examination, and strength/mobility test (up to 50 lbs)
