Qualifications

• Trade certification; Red Seal is an asset.
• At least 3 years' experience with mining equipment.
• Common Core training.
• Proficiency reading hydraulic and electrical schematics.
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer literacy (MS Office).
• Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel to mine sites and across Canada.
• Ability and willingness to work varied shifts.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada.
• Commitment to safety and EHS compliance.

Sandvik is seeking experienced Heavy Duty Mechanics to join their mining field service team in Kirkland Lake, Ontario. These professionals will work on underground mining equipment, performing troubleshooting, repairs, and commissioning.
