Job summary

Boundary Equipment, part of the Boundary Group, is hiring an Inside Sales Specialist for our west Edmonton, Alberta on-site team. You will bridge customers with internal teams, handle quotations, POs, and pricing, and build knowledge of mining components.

Prior experience in sales support, purchasing, or customer service is valued. We value curiosity, organization, and a collaborative mindset; training will build technical product knowledge and ERP fluency.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Commerce, or related field.
• Experience in inside sales support, customer service, purchasing or order management is a plus.
• Interest in mining, industrial equipment, or technical products is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate customer quotations, proposals and sales documentation.
• Process and coordinate purchase orders and related documentation.
• Assist sales team with pricing, product information, and order status.
• Develop technical and parts knowledge across Boundary product lines.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Purchasing, Finance, and Sales to keep orders moving.
• Maintain customer, order, and product information in ERP systems.
• Prepare sales and operational reports as required.
• Support customer contracts, recurring orders, and inventory planning.
• Identify process improvements to enhance customer experience.
