Job summary

Brandt Group of Companies in Edmonton is seeking an Outside Parts & Service Representative for our Edmonton Compact Construction Equipment location. This role focuses on promoting and selling construction and forestry parts and service, and providing after-sales support to new and existing customers.

You will build strong customer relationships, implement territory plans, and work with Parts & Service to drive profitability.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales experience in a similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of construction and forestry parts is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to grow sales.
• Assist Parts & Service to increase profitability and performance.
• Prospect and cold call new accounts; implement yearly territory plan.
• Visit customers at least once per month within your area.
• Keep customers informed on new products and services.
• Maintain and utilize customer records and quotes in the CRM.
