Job summary

Sandvik Mining is seeking a Customer Sales Support Representative to join our Surrey, BC team. You will monitor and process customer orders, respond to inquiries by phone or email, prepare quotes, and support logistics to help achieve sales targets.

The ideal candidate has post-secondary education in a business field, at least two years of relevant experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in a business-related field.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Bilingual English/French is an asset.
• Proven customer service and sales experience.
• Knowledge of mining industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and process incoming customer orders.
• Support customer inquiries via phone or e-mail including quotes and orders.
• Process weekly back-order reports and expedite as needed.
• Communicate customer needs to other departments.
• Maintain knowledge of products and their functions for customers.
• Ensure activities align with company policies and safety standards.
• Arrange shipment/transport of equipment/materials.
• Support receipt of incoming goods and logistics as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
