Job summary

Infracon.site near Logan Lake, BC, is seeking a Site Services Superintendent to oversee mine-site support services, logistics, temporary facilities, and field operations at the Highland Valley Copper Mine. The role leads site-wide operations and coordinates with client representatives, procurement teams, and field crews to ensure safe, efficient service delivery.

You will forecast material and equipment needs, manage 24/7 operations, and maintain critical infrastructure while upholding

Qualifications

Minimum 10+ years of experience in industrial construction, mining, site services, or related environments.
Minimum 5+ years in a supervisory or superintendent capacity.
Experience leading site services within open-pit mining operations is a strong asset.
Proven ability to forecast and organize field requirements with procurement teams.
Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison between client representatives, site coordinators, and field crews.
Coordinate daily operations, site activities, and client-requested scope changes.
Oversee temporary facilities, inventories, and site services across shifts.
Lead safety meetings, risk assessments, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Forecast material, equipment, and service requirements for 24/7 operations.
