Job summary

Infracon Construction is seeking a Warehouse Administrator for the Highland Valley Copper Mine Site near Logan Lake, BC. Work is on a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, reporting to the Materials Management Foreman.

The role focuses on tracking materials, preparing daily client reports, and maintaining accurate project documentation on a multi-year mining construction project. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of admin experience in warehouse/logistics, strong Excel/Word

Qualifications

• 2–3 years administrative experience with warehouse/logistics or project support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to prepare reports, documentation, and tracking logs.

Responsibilities

• Track and maintain inventory records for materials and project equipment.
• Prepare and submit daily reports and field records.
• Maintain logs and documentation systems for care and preservation of equipment.
• Coordinate document control activities and project records.
• Ensure documentation complies with client requirements and procedures.
