Job summary

Infracon Construction seeks a reliable Warehouse & Materials Handling Labourer for the Highland Valley Copper Mine Site near Logan Lake, BC. The role supports shipping, receiving, materials handling, and laydown yard activities on a multi-year project through 2027.

You will work outdoors on a 14 days on / 7 days off schedule, 10-hour shifts, reporting to the Site Wide Services Foreman. The position emphasizes organization, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Age 18+
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License
• Able to pass pre-access drug and alcohol screening
• 10-hour shifts on 14 days on / 7 days off rotation
• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
• Physically capable of warehouse duties including lifting and standing

Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse and materials-handling operations.
• Assist with shipping and receiving of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Safely pilot delivery and transport vehicles and direct equipment movements.
• Spot forklifts, loaders, telehandlers, and other mobile equipment.
• Maintain organized warehouse, laydown yards, and material storage areas.
• Assist with inventory tracking, documentation, and material records.
• Follow site safety regulations and traffic management plans.
• Adapt to changing priorities during shifts.
