Job summary

Dhilmar is seeking a Nurse to join the Health Services team at our Éléonore Mine Site, flying in to support health care on site and remote locations. You will provide care, assess employees, and advise on health matters according to established protocols.

With 3–5 years in industrial nursing, CPR-AED, and bilingual French/English, you will respond to emergencies, manage records, and coordinate medical evacuations during 14 days on/off rotations.

Qualifications

• University or college diploma in Nursing.
• 3 to 5 years of industrial nursing experience.
• Critical care and emergency nursing experience.
• Current CPR-AED certification.
• Bilingual French/English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultations and care to employees and advise on health matters.
• Respond to medical emergencies across the mine site 24/7.
• Manage workers’ compensation and disability cases.
• Coordinate medical evacuations and assist during site visits.
• Maintain medical records and educate employees on health programs.
