Job summary

SFT Services in Saint-Jérôme (Laurentides, Canada) is seeking registered nurses for night mandates in hospital settings. The assignment focuses on emergency and block unit care, delivering quality nursing and coordinating with the care team.

Qualifications

SFT Services is looking for’'nurses to fill mandates in emergency and block U. We offer a stimulating, humane work environment focused on the quality of local care.

Main responsibilities:

• Provide quality nursing care to patients in a hospital environment.
• Assess patients' medical and emotional needs.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure effective communication with families regarding patient health status and needs.
• Participate in case management to ensure continuity of care.
• Train and supervise auxiliary staff, as appropriate.

Requirements:

• College Diploma (DEC) in Nursing.
• Member in good standing of theOrder of Nurses of Quebec (OIIQ).
• Critical Care Experience
• Mandatory training for clinical technicians
• Knowledge of MedUrge is essential to begin the assignment process.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
