Qualifications

• 2 years of equipment operations experience.
• 2+ years proven operations leadership experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Clean Drivers Abstract.
• Safety-focused mindset and commitment to operational excellence.
• Strong decision-making, prioritization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the frontline team and safely execute the daily work plan.
• Ensure the team understands scope, hazards, production targets, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with Shift Coordinators and Operation Specialists for performance and execution.
• Provide day-to-day direction and conduct start-of-shift meetings.
• Communicate the daily work plan, priorities, and expectations.
• Assign operators based on competency and requirements.
• Coach employees and address performance or behavioral concerns.
• Monitor attendance and fitness for duty; ensure accountability and development.
• Foster a culture where hazards and improvement opportunities are spoken about.
