Job summary

Fort McKay Group of Companies is seeking Maintenance Team Leads for their Alex & Alice Boucher Fort McKay Industrial Park location north of Fort McMurray, Alberta. You will lead daily maintenance on heavy mining equipment, ensuring safety, efficiency and compliance with site standards.

The role requires 3+ years of leadership in an industrial or mining setting, strong communication, and a solid commitment to safety and teamwork. Certifications and a valid driver's license are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Journeyperson Heavy-Duty Technician or Journeyperson Parts Person certification.
• CSSTS and CSO/BSO certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and guide daily maintenance activities on heavy mining equipment.
• Ensure safety, efficiency and compliance with site standards.
• Lead and develop maintenance teams in a mining/industrial environment.
