Job summary

This role is intended for recent graduates or early-career engineers seeking P.Eng. Rotations may include Drill & Blast, Short/Long Range Planning, Geotechnical, Dispatch, Production, and Mine Survey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining or Geotechnical Engineering.
• EGBC registration or eligible for registration as an Engineer in Training (EIT).
• 0–3 years of progressive experience in mining operations, engineering, or relevant co-op/internship roles.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering work and mine plans to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements under the supervision of senior engineers.
• Provide engineering support through mine design, planning, analysis, and field engagement.
• Assist in development and maintenance of mine designs, schedules, forecasts, and supporting technical documentation.
• Collaborate with technical and operational teams to support planning, decision-making, and business objectives.
• Actively participate in training, mentoring, and professional development activities in pursuit of P.Eng. designation.
