Job summary

Evolution Mining's Red Lake Operations in Northwestern Ontario is seeking a skilled Millwright to maintain Process Plant equipment and support predictive and preventative maintenance programs. You will ensure safe, efficient and continuous operation with minimal disruption from mechanical failures at Red Lake.

The role is local residential with a 7 days on, 7 days off (12 hours) roster. Salary ranges CAD 110,000 to CAD 140,000 plus a competitive bonus and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary mechanical program or apprenticeship leading to certification.
• Journeyman Millwright Interprovincial certification required.
• Minimum 3 years trades experience in heavy industry.
• Knowledge of process equipment and plant inflows/outflows.
• Ability to read drawings and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair and maintain process equipment.
• Lay out, assemble and install piping, fittings and valves with safe procedures.
• Maintain equipment logs and daily journals.
• Support preventative maintenance planning with Coordinator.
• Contribute to a safe, accident-free work environment.
