Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting and repair of equipment and systems.
• Maintain and optimize machinery, fabricate components, weld, start-up and test; basic electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, plumbing and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with team to identify and resolve facility-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, GMP and company policies.
• Assist in installation and modification of equipment and systems.

Permanent - FT Hourly Arnprior, Arnprior, ON, CA

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and systems.
• Maintaining andoptimizingmachinery and equipment,componentfabrication, welding, start-up and testing, basic electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, plumbing, and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensureoptimalperformance and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with other team members toidentifyand resolve facility-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, GMP, and company policies.
• Assistin the installation and modification of equipment and systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Training, education, or certification in Industrial Maintenancerequired. Millwright designation or other suitable Red Seal Certification is an asset.
• Proven experience as a Facility Mechanic in a pharmaceutical or similar manufacturing environment is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, boilers, compressors, purified water systems, and electrical.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

COMPENSATION

• With a 433a red seal license, the starting amount is $38.68 to $42.87/hr.
