Job description

Your role will have a significant impact on maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing mission-critical machinery within a fast-paced industrial environment.

Daily responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment with hydraulic and pneumatic components
• Conducting scheduled inspections, diagnosing issues, and performing preventative maintenance
• Interpreting technical drawings and schematics to ensure precise alignment and calibration
• Collaborating with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions
• Ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations and industry standards
• Documenting repairs, maintenance logs, and operational protocols
• Supporting the setup and testing of new systems and machinery

Mandatory Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Millwright with a focus on hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Strong technical skills in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of industrial equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints
• Excellent mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in industrial environments
• Valid certification in a relevant trade
• Preferred Requirements:Experience with CNC machinery and automated systems
• Advanced training or certification in hydraulic and pneumatic technologies
• Background working in a high-paced manufacturing or industrial setting
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of modern maintenance management software and data analysis

Salary Range: $42/hr - $44/hr + OT
