North America Construction (1993) Ltd. – NAC Constructors Ltd. is hiring a Journeyperson Millwright apprentice to assist with installing, maintaining and repairing stationary machinery on construction sites in Canada.

You will follow safety procedures and work under the direction of a Journeyperson, handling mechanical equipment and reading blueprints. Ideal candidates possess 1–3 years of construction experience, basic tools, hoisting/rigging know‑how, and valid safety certifications.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered Millwright apprentice.
• 1–3 years of construction experience.
• Possess personal basic hand tools.
• Hoisting and rigging experience.
• Experience installing large pipes.
• WHMIS and elevated work platform certification required.
• Safety training including working at heights.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain industrial machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment.
• Observe health and safety regulations.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment.
• Read mechanical blueprints and shop drawings.
• Set pumps and level drive mechanisms.
• Coordinate with other workers and communicate directions.
• Transport job materials to work area.
