FWS Group of Companies is seeking skilled Millwrights to join our collaborative team. You will perform welding, ironwork, or mechanical tasks and use precision tools to support our projects on site, reading drawings for accurate layout and execution.

The role requires experience in industrial mechanics or enrollment in an Apprenticeship Program, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work a 14/7 rotation with time away from home. Basic trade tools must be owned and maintained.

• Own and maintain basic trade tools.
• Pre-Access Drug & Alcohol testing may be required.

Responsabilités

As a Millwright, you will provide support to the department and Superintendent.

Position Overview

• Responsible for welding, ironwork, or mechanical related tasks.
• Accurately and effectively uses various types of millwright precision tools.
• Responsible for safe use of equipment including forklift, skid steer loader, scissor lifts, and power tools.
• Reads and understands construction drawings, including providing accurate layout of the work and building to drawings and specifications.

Qualifications Needed

• Appropriate level of experience in industrial mechanics or enrolled in an Apprenticeship Program.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.
• Must be able to work a 14/7 work rotation with extended time away from home.
• Own and maintain basic trade tools.
• Pre-Access Drug & Alcohol testing may be required.
