Are you a 433A Licensed Industrial Millwright seeking a permanent night shift?

A leading food manufacturing company is expanding its maintenance team due to growth initiatives. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and growing organization.

What you'll do :

• Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns and malfunctions on various production lines, including mechanical systems, hydraulics, and electrical components.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment, replacing faulty or worn mechanical components, conducting other routine maintenance tasks and ensuring smooth operations.
• Complete regular preventive maintenance checklists on machinery, which includes tasks such as inspecting and servicing pumps, chains, belts, pulleys, control panels, valves, air solenoids, actuators, and checking oil levels.
• Request spare parts when needed and maintain detailed and accurate maintenance reports and documentation.
• Other duties as assigned.

What we are looking for :

• Licensed Millwright 433A, certified to work in Ontario.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably food and packaging.
• Strong knowledge of electronic controls, high-speed packaging equipment, PLCs, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
• Superior knowledge of packaging line setup, palletizers, tube lines, and mixers.
• Boiler experience is an asset.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
• Self-directed, motivated team player, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to read blueprints and operational manuals.
• Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance shop equipment.
