KML Windows Inc., a division of Andersen Corporation, is currently seeking a Maintenance Millwright. This is a full-time position responsible for “hands on” maintenance support to maintain, troubleshoot and repair all production equipment and support maintenance initiatives including Kaizen.
SHIFT: 3:30pm: 2:00am, Monday to Thursday
COMPENSATION RANGE: $38.69 - $45.76 - Anticipated starting rate of: $42.37, plus 6% shift premium when applicable.

PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
